I cant get this remote to control the volume on the sound bar. I tried setting it up on av1 and av2 using 32454 and 31517. Both seem to work because if you hit power it will turn on/off the sound bar. It just wont raise or lower vol. I have tried it with vol button locked and also not locked and just tried sliding switch to av1 or av2 . Still no luck any body else have this problem or does anybody know of a fix?

Directv Remote code JVC LT-43EM75,
I tried all JVC, Samsung and Sansui codes some Sansui and Samsung codes work the volume but not the power. Well sort of, if you have the remote switch on tv the power button works but if you slide it to DTV and us the all on all off it sends the tv into some sort of testing mode flashing blue green red and white screen and changes the input from hdmi 1 to tv instead of turning off the tv

Vizio soundbar SB3821 and rc71 remote not working, no codes found can anyone help?
JJust purchased a Vizio soundbar SB3821 for my Mom and I tried to program it to work with the RC71 remote but none of the codes we tried worked. Can anyone help? Would love to get the volume working so she doesn't have to use two remotes.

JU7100 Samsung Smart remote not brining up list on my Directv HR34. Anyone know how to get the BN59-01220J to operate the HR34?
I have not found a way for my 2015 Smart Control Universal Remote to control key functions on the DirectTV HR34/700 Receiver. I am not able to get the List feature to open using the Samsung remote which makes the remote useless. I have tried with both the HDMI-Control on both the Directv receiver and Samsung and off. I currently have it setup as universal remote with HDMI-Control Off and can change channels but not access LIST. Please advise how to access List using the 2015 Samsung Universal remote for the JU7100. The Guide and Channel changing does work... Just not the list.

cannot connect rc72 remote control to control volume of bauhn 48" model
Hi, I purchased a Bauhn 48" LED TV Model # ATSC-PM14809 from ALDI at a great price.
I have Directv RC72 remote control that I cannot turn on or off the TV, and no control for the TV volume.
After researching the web, and my own experience with wireless sub woofer is when I realize the HDMI had to be connected on the TV HDMI-ARC port. Now I can use the RC72 remote control to turn on the TV, but still no volume control, and I cannot turn the TV off, yet I can turn it on.
I already when on Directv set up to program TV remote section, but there is no listing for Bauhn TV set.
Would anyone know if Bauhn has any code, or another name that is close enough to use that TV codes for set up purpose? Thanks

RC65X Remote won't turn new Samsung tv on/off
I just got a new Samsung tv. I programmed the remote and the volume is working, but the tv doesn't turn on/off along with the dvr. I found a workaround, where I can slide the top bar over to tv and use the center power button, but is there anything I can do so it would just turn on/off when I power up/down the dvr? Worked fine on my old tv.

New JVC tv will not pair to remote-rc73
Just purchased a new JVC tv model LT-49EM75. I have placed it in the bedroom with a secondary genie receiver. I have remote rc73 and went through on screen guide to pair up remote. However, none of the 38 codes provided worked. I then called Directv customer service and by the end of the call, the technician did not have an answer. She did not know of any other codes to try. Any other ideas, i've been googling problem but can't find resolution.

New RC 73 wont control volume for bose solo and insignia.
no audio lock option is showing under program remote...it only gives a RF/IR option. Help!
My old 63x remote could lock into the bose solo and allow for the DTV remote to control volume. seems crazy that a newer version lost that capability. I must be missing something.

If so, can you mute the audio on the SoundBox from the optical audio input? I can mute audio from the ANALOG input but not the optical input.

Controlling a Vizio SB4051-CO with a RC66 remote
I have used the on screen directions for the remote, the Vizio site and in here for help with the codes. I have also tried the instructions for "Learning" the signal for the sound bar. The best I can get it turning the bar on/off. I am beginning to think the two are not compatible. Does anyone have any suggestions?

RC71 controls everything except volume
Recently swapped my RC71 remote for one being used in another room because one of the buttons was failing. When I program the "new" remote, it selects a code automatically and shows that the volume button works, but once I exit the setup process, the volume button no longer works. Everything else works fine except volume. I do not have an external audio receiver.
